STEP 1
Call Amazing Machinery at 1-800-504-7435. We will complete an RMA ( RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION ) form over the phone with you. You will be provided the return # and address at this time. Please note, all boxes shipped without an RMA number shown on the outside will not be accepted.

STEP 2
Ship the Sewer Camera to the address provided. Our repair center is centrally located for faster turnaround times. We accept shipments from all carriers.

STEP 3
Once the camera is received, and a diagnostic is performed, a repair technician will contact you with a total repair quote. This quote will include - estimated repair time and repair cost including return shipping fees. Payment for repairs & return shipping is required in full at this time.

Step 4
Most repairs will take 48-72 hours, not including weekends. Repairs requiring special order parts, or extra intensive labor can take 10-15 working days. Once we have the camera repaired it will be tested thoroughly, and returned via standard UPS ground shipping.
